Position Summary: The Project Manager at GForce Technology Consulting is responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation projects, focusing on delivering high-quality Infor FSM solutions for clients. This role ensures successful project outcomes by managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from project planning and scope definition to execution and go-live.
The Project Manager will coordinate internal and external teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Infor FSM implementations and a strong background in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Project Management (Infor FSM Implementations):
- End-to-End Project Oversight:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for Infor FSM implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and closing.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all team members understand their roles in delivering project objectives.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues before they arise.
- Change Management:
- Oversee the transition process, ensuring that clients are fully trained and equipped to use Infor FSM post-implementation.
- Assist in creating user documentation and training materials as needed.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience. Experience with ERP systems, especially Infor FSM is a plus.

Certificates and Licenses:
